• Entry: you will receive a code prior to check-in. 
• Check in/out times: check in at 4pm on Friday and check out the following Friday at 11am.
• Parking: One spot is located directly behind the house in front of the garage. You can find additional free parking if needed on West Avenue or any of the non-metered side streets

While we have most everything you need on site, included below is a checklist to help you prepare: 

• Food and drinks
• Toiletries
• Paper products – we provide initial items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bag but suggest packing extra.
• HE Laundry detergent
• Optional - Linens & towels if you do not wish to wash and put away ours prior to departure. 

• NO PETS
• Smoking, there is no smoking inside the house. Outside please exercise extreme care in extinguishing and cleaning up. 
• Beach Tags, We have FOUR beach tags for your use. NOTE: Children under 12 do not require one (Additionally, if lost, we ask that you kindly replace each one $30 each and can be done at the boardwalk 12th street information center or music pier).

Optional - vacationprotection.com offers travel insurance for travelers who are interested in purchasing insurance.  If you visit their website, note that when they ask for the state, it's the state you live in, not the state of the rental home.  You can also call them at 888-501-3025 with further questions. 

In the event medical services are needed, there are both a hospital and an urgent care each located within a 10-minute drive of the house.

• Shore Medical Center - 100 Medical Senter Dr., Somers Point, NJ (10 minutes) 
• AtlantiCare Urgent Care Center - 443 Shore Rd., Somers Point, NJ (8 minutes)

Additionally, our contact information will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. Please call if anything breaks or is not working properly so we can get it corrected for you quickly.
