Located in the heart of Ocean City, NJ at 12th and Asbury Avenue. This is a great location to park and walk to everything that downtown OC has to offer. We are a short (5 minute) stroll to the beach, boardwalk, bay, playgrounds, basketball or tennis courts! We are also located directly on Asbury Avenue for local shopping and dining right below you!

Relax and unwind in our bright, modern, and spacious 3rd floor condo. Our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra-large main living area with large flat screen smart TV, high speed internet, several games and books, fully stocked eat in kitchen, washer / dryer, and private deck off the master bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee. We offer one parking spot in the back of our house but there is plenty of free off-street parking behind our location on West Ave or one of the side streets.

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Two custom built bunkbeds with a pull-out 5th sleeps (sleeps 5)
• Bedroom 3: Master with King bed and additional daybed with trundle (sleeps 4). The master bedroom also includes ensuite full bathroom and private deck. 

Additionally, each bedroom includes, a smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels. 

  We offer a fully stocked eat in kitchen. The island seats 4 and some of the amenities include,
