• Entry: you will receive a code prior to check-in. 
• Check in/out times: check in at 4pm and check out at 11am.
• Parking: The driveway can fit up to 8 vehicles. On street parking is not allowed in the community.

While we have most everything you need on site, included below is a checklist to help you prepare: 

• Food and drinks
• Toiletries
• Paper products – we provide initial items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bag but suggest packing extra
• HE Laundry detergent

• Smoking, there is no smoking inside the house. Outside please exercise extreme care in extinguishing and cleaning up. 
• No fireworks
• Noise, please be respectful of our neighbors and no loud music / noise after 10pm
• No parties

Optional - vacationprotection.com offers travel insurance for travelers who are interested in purchasing insurance.  If you visit their website, note that when they ask for the state, it's the state you live in, not the state of the rental home.  You can also call them at 888-501-3025 with further questions. 

In the event medical services are needed, there are both a hospital and an urgent care each located within a 30-minute drive of the house.

Additionally, our contact information will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. Please call if anything breaks or is not working properly so we can get it corrected for you quickly.
